Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
Packages will be returned to us if the package cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address, is not picked up from a FEDEX facility, or if the customer refuses delivery. Due to the fact that our items are shipped from various locations, but returns are processed only at our main location, it is recommended that you DO NOT refuse a delivery…All packages returned to us for the above the reasons can take up to 4 weeks to be processed and will be charged a 20% restock fee.

Overnight - Next Day

Due to the hazardous nature of airbags and seat belt pretensioners, there are special restrictions placed on shipping, depending on destination.   A special handling charge per item will be applied.  Please contact customer service regarding all hazardous items.

International Economy
There is a $65.00 dollar minimum on all International orders.  does not apply to large component items, contact customer service for quotation of these items.

Due to special handling and insurance required on wheels, we have special shipping rates.

Steel wheels up to 16” diameter:  $16.99 each wheel.

Aluminum wheels up to 20” diameter: $22.99 each wheel

Aluminum wheels 21” or larger: $29.99 each wheel

COMBINATIONS OF THESE ITEMS BEING SHIPPED ON THE SAME ORDER WILL RECIEVE A 20% DISCOUNT FROM THE LARGE ITEM  PRICE SCHEDULE ABOVE.

 All large items shipped by truck require a commercial address for delivery. Because of cost and size limitations, we can not ship large items via truck to a residential address.

 In most cases, when shipping costs seem high it's because it just costs a lot to transport big, bulky and heavy items.

Please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Orders placed by noon eastern standard time usually ship the same day but we cannot guarantee that an order will ship the same day it is placed. Orders do not ship on weekends. Customer is responsible for ensuring that Fedex, USPS, and/or any other carrier used can deliver to specified shipping address.
 

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Freight charges for all orders shipped outside of the continental United States will be on an "as quoted" basis. This means that the freight charge that is automatically quoted on the order confirmation page will not reflect the actual freight charges incurred. To accurately quote freight, we will call, fax or email you an accurate freight quote for your approval, prior to any charges being made. Also, delivery times outside of the Continental United States may take slightly longer.

All broker fees and tariffs incurred by international shipments are in addition to the quoted shipping costs and are the responsibility of the receiving party.
